  4. Executive Functioning Support:  I can offer you strategies and tools to enhance goal setting, problem-solving, planning, sequencing, organization, time management, task prioritization, memory, flexible thinking, attention, focus, self-monitoring and impulse control.
  5. Emotional Regulation: I can teach coping strategies and techniques to help you better manage your emotions, reduce meltdowns, and handle stressful situations.
  6. Self-Advocacy: I want to empower you to understand and advocate for your needs. Let's work on developing the self-awareness and confidence to communicate your needs!

I am willing to work with people over the age of 18 whether Autistic themselves or wanting to better their understanding and relationship with an Autistic.
