We take your privacy very seriously and are committed to safeguarding the privacy of your information with the utmost priority, respect, and discretion. This policy outlines the types of information we collect from our clients and website visitors and how we use that information.

When you sign up for our Coaching and or Mentoring services, we will ask you for the following information:

We will only process personal data that is necessary to fulfill the functions and activities of Coaching, Mentoring, Packages, Courses, and ICF Compliance as determined by the nature of your interaction with us and where we have a lawful basis to do so. For certain situations, such as ICF Compliance and for giving us a reference, you may be asked whether you give your consent to us to release certain information about you.

We maintain accurate, complete, and relevant personal information as reasonable possible and only for the purposes identified in this policy. We retrieve your personal data from what you shared with us. Please note that we have a shared responsibility with regard to the accuracy of your personal information. Please let us know of any changes to your personal information.

What you share with us during our Coaching and or Mentoring conversations remains confidential unless we are legally bound to share it or if we believe you or someone else is in imminent danger.

 Anonymity

We will provide you with the option of using a pseudonym when it is lawful and practicable to do so. Examples of where you can use a pseudonym are: Session Notes, during sessions, and for ICF Compliance Data Collection.

Non-personal information is information about or related to people that cannot be associated with specific individuals. This includes statistical or summarized personal information for which the identity of the individual is unknown or linkage to the individual has been removed. In such cases, the individual’s identity cannot be determined from the information that remains because the information is de-identified or anonymized. Non-personal information ordinarily is not subject to privacy protection because it cannot be linked to an individual. We use this information to monitor, improve, and advertise our services.

Your personal data is stored securely.  We take appropriate security measures against unauthorized access to, or alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal data and against its accidental loss or destruction. Personal data will only be accessible to authorized staff. Your data is encrypted and or password protected. Your files are stored behind a locked door.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to outside parties.

 Choice and consent

By purchasing our products and or services, you give your implicit consent with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in this notice. Implicit consent here means you were clearly presented with an option to agree or disagree with the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information. If you do not agree, do not purchase our products and services.

13. Your Rights

We limit the use of personal information to the sole purpose of products and or services for which you have given your implicit consent. We retain personal information for only as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or as required by law or regulations and thereafter appropriately dispose of such information. For example, we will retain your personal information for seven (7) years as required by law. After this time, files, and personal data are destroyed.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal file. Your personal file may contain your name and or preferred pseudonym, your preferred pronouns, your email address,  Coaching and or Mentoring notes, homework, completed assignments, and or progress surveys. If you would like to review your file or have it removed,  please contact us.

14. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older. We do not sell products or services for purchase by children. In compliance with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation of the EU), we do not collect any information from anyone under 18 years of age. Our Website and its content are directed to individuals who are at least 18 years old or older.

 Monitoring and enforcement

We monitor compliance with our privacy policies and procedures and have procedures to address privacy related complaints and disputes. All staff is aware that a breach of the rules and procedures identified in this policy may lead to disciplinary action being taken against them. If you believe that your personal information is not handled in accordance with the applicable law or our privacy policies, you may submit a complaint to our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the complaint. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

· provides assistance with interpretation and compliance regarding applicable privacy laws;
· handles data management and privacy related queries, incidents and complaints;
· conducts audits of our data management practices;
· develops and publishes supporting documents which assist in the application of this Policy; and
· coordinates privacy related training and education for all employees.
